Joseph’s story is deeply personal. Adopted as a child, he grew up with a keen awareness of the importance of family, identity, and legacy. That perspective continues to shape his approach today. His guiding belief—“My ceiling is my children’s floor”—captures his conviction that every generation has the opportunity and responsibility to build a stronger foundation for the next. This conviction inspires him to help others move from focusing solely on inheritance to cultivating legacy.

I served 14 years as a California Highway Patrol officer. That experience shaped how I lead today with discipline, service, and a commitment to standing alongside people in both ordinary and challenging moments. It allows me to see people before products, and purpose before portfolios. Together we identify what is working, address what is not, and design tax-efficient, well-diversified strategies that fit your real life.

I’m also a husband and father of four. I know what it means to plan for the future and to leave behind more than money, a legacy worth remembering. That perspective drives me to walk alongside families and entrepreneurs who want their wealth to reflect their values and provide for generations to come.

Tony is a Vietnam era veteran and is an accountant by training. He has experience working in both public and corporate accounting. Most of his working career was spent working in oil and gas negotiating long term contracts for gathering and processing natural gas. Tony’s journey into financial services started in 2015 after his father’s death.
