Joseph Adriano is the Founder and Wealth Strategist of Strategic Wealth Designs, a role he's embraced since 2019, driven by a desire to positively impact communities through honest and ethical advisory services. A desire that has not changed since he started his wealth management career in 2016.

At Strategic Wealth Designs, Joseph leads with a dedicated emphasis on personalized financial planning and community enrichment. His passion for assisting business owners and exit planning was ignited during an influential Exit Planning Conference in Colorado in 2019. This is where he discovered innovative ways to support entrepreneurs in achieving their ambitions. He is currently working towards his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and received his Certified Exit Planner designation in 2020.

A pivotal moment in Joseph's career was marked by his relocation to Idaho, a move motivated by strong family ties and a profound opportunity to strengthen bonds with loved ones. Born from California roots, Joseph and his wife Deanna found a cherished chapter of their lives in Colorado during their seminary years, which included having two kids – Jemma and Jasper.  There, amidst the scenic landscapes, they cultivated a shared love for hiking, exploring local breweries, and embracing the vibrant outdoor lifestyle—a passion that resonates deeply and continues to thrive in their new Idaho home.

Tony is a Vietnam era veteran and is an accountant by training. He has experience working in both public and corporate accounting. Most of his working career was spent working in oil and gas negotiating long term contracts for gathering and processing natural gas. Tony’s journey into financial services started in 2015 after his father’s death.
